Pensacola, FL 32501
Located in the Escambia County, Florida Wedgwood area is the situs for the land improvements and is a former Construction and Demolition Recycling Center. The land consisted of 2 closed C&D cells filled with construction debris.
The Wedgwood area and residents critically complained about dust from the commercial trucking companies hauling debris to the site, but also that there was a rotten egg smell coming from the site that was found to be a cause from the defective Chinese Drywall. This defective Chinese drywall was used in Northwest Florida after Hurricane Ivan. In the great flood of Pensacola the faulty Chinese drywall being removed was taken to the Rolling Hills site and measures of normal odor abatement would not work on the defective Chinese drywall.
Our plans are to develop the area into a village of affordable housing, mixed with renewable energy resources that make the community sustainable with available retail, restaurants and parks areas for families. A recent review of the land and ponds revealed greenery even in the winter and significant growth where there were many previous complaints. Many of the environmental activists still claim toxicity but there are next steps to determine whether those claims are accurate or overstated. In the event that the area cannot be developed for sustainable housing our alternative will be to complete a sustainable energy platform to serve Northwest Florida.

Miami, Florida
On this prospective site we will use a former landfill and develop sustainable energy platforms and use the site to create a high tech server farm for the processing of crypto currencies using Turbines burning Hydrogen, and fueled by solar creating the lowest cost of energy for a technology that uses massive amounts of energy to create a near 0 renewable energy site and industry.
Palm Beach, Florida
Sportsman's Village will be a development based on traditional family values with all inclusive event parks and outings integrated with the Sportsperson in mind. This development will include lakes for bass fishing and areas for retail and restaurants for the community members.
